Oil and flour from grape seeds
Oil from grape seeds
The process of cold pressing produces cold-pressed oil from various varieties of dried grape seeds intended primarily for food as salad oil, but it is also used in the cosmetic industry. The oil is rich in essential fatty acids (linoleic, linolenic).
Flour from grape seeds
Pogača is a valuable by-product of the cold pressing of grape seeds. Its grinding produces flour, which, due to its high nutritional value, is used in the food industry (bakery, confectionery) and in the preparation of animal feed mixtures.
