Winemaker’s Note
A sparkling wine made from the Graševina variety, produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method, aged on fine lees for two years. It has a harmonious and elegant body, pleasantly fresh with pronounced effervescence.

Food Pairing
Pairs well with white meat dishes, creamy pasta and risotto, as well as with seafood and freshwater fish. Ideal as an aperitif.

The wine is a deep, dark ruby red color, with nuanced fruity aromas, of the Frankovka variety.
Ripe red and black berries come to the fore, with fine background notes of dark chocolate. The long-lasting and rich taste was obtained by aging in old wooden barrels for a year.

It goes well with stronger meat steaks and game, as well as pasta with spicy meat sauces or dried meat delicacies, more mature cow’s cheeses.

Carménère is a grape variety originally planted in the Médoc region of Bordeaux, France, where it was used to produce dark red wines. Carménère has aromas of berries with an unmistakable note of green paprika, ripe and powerful aromas of plums, berries and cocoa notes prevail, along with a creamy medium body. An elegant wine with a long and harmonious finish aged in oak barrels for 18 months.

Created by later picking of grape berries affected by noble mold and exclusively of the Traminac variety. Liqueur-like wine made from selected dried traminac berries, amber in color with a golden sheen. Enticing, perfume aromas of roses in bloom and concentrated, layered flavors of apricot compote, quince marmalade, ripe dates, carob complemented by nutty notes in the background.
